The terms, conditions and limitation of liability under which tours
are organised and operated by Centre One Tours Australia are detailed
hereunder, and the payment of the tour deposit or the tour price
represents acceptance by the purchaser of the following:
DEPOSIT REQUIRED
A deposit is required when booking; $200 per person on coach tours,
and $500 per person on coach/fly tours which will enable Centre
One Tours to lock in a special, low discount airfare for you and
secure your seat on the nominated tour. Final payment is required
30 days before departure
CANCELLATION COSTS
ON OUR TOURS - According to the table below
30 days or more - 50% of deposit
20-29 days - 100% of deposit
10-19 days - 50% of fare
2-9 days - 80% of fare
Less than 2 days or if the tour has commenced there is no refund
TRAVEL INSURANCE
It is strongly recommended that passengers take out comprehensive
travel insurance to cover health, baggage and personal effects,
loss of monies through cancellation, and additional expenses that
may be incurred as a result of illness or misadventure. Centre One
Tours Australia is able to arrange this insurance for passengers.
YOUR CREW
Centre One Tours will provide crews to ensure that you feel part
of the experience. Our drivers are competent, professional and experienced
in Central Australia operations. Your tour will be supported by
crews of up to four, including a driver, relief driver (as required),
hostess and a guide - just relax and let us show you the Best of
Australia.
YOUR MEALS
Centre One Tours will provide full cooked Australian breakfasts,
fresh lunches and three course menu or buffet choice for dinner.
An excellent standard of cuisine is an essential part of any holiday.
YOUR ACCOMMODATION
Centre One Tours uses the best motels and hotels available, all
with en-suite rooms. Your comfort is important to us, hence your
accommodation will be licensed, centrally located and with swimming
pools, laundries and quality restaurants on the premises.
YOUR TOUR COACH
Centre One Tours will provide modern 46 or 54 seat Mercedes 6 star
coaches for all tours (unless circumstances necessitate a more suitable
coach). All coaches supplied have the following features:
Comfortable, widely spaced, contoured reclining seats with headrests,
armrests and footrests,
Large panoramic windows to give the perfect view,
Kneeling coaches to allow easy entrance and egress,
Lap/sash seatbelts,
Individual reading lights and climate controlled air conditioning,
Toilet and rest-room equipped,
Quality PA, tape, CD/DVD systems,
Latest air-ride suspensions and safety braking systems.
To ensure that all passengers have the opportunity to enjoy front
window seats, a daily seat rotation system is organised; this also
ensures that all passengers meet and chat with their fellow passengers.
SINGLE SUPPLEMENT & TRAVELLING ALONE
Centre One Tours is committed to ensuring that all passengers feel
part of the experience. You may be a single, but you will never
be alone. A limited number of single supplements are available on
each tour (the additional cost represents the additional cost for
sole use of a room that are levied to us, only). Where a single
passenger is willing to share accommodation with a fellow single
passenger, Centre One Tours will endeavour to find another of the
same gender, similar age and with many of the same interests. If
we are unable to do this then the passenger will be treated as a
single supplement but without the additional levy.
Accommodation is on a twin share basis and Centre One Tours accepts
no responsibility of the rooming partner, and, if a passenger at
any time during the tour considers the rooming partner unsuitable,
then Centre One Tours will, subject to availability, arrange for
single accommodation.
PENSIONER CONCESSIONS, PAST PASSENGER BONUSES & CHILDRENS FARES
Centre One Tours strives to provide top quality tours at highly
affordable costs, and hence the following concessions will be available
only when booking direct.
A Pensioner discount of $50 will ONLY be available to passengers
who have a Pensioner Concession Card, or, if a
Past Passenger, deduct $100 from the cost of the selected tour,
as past passengers are important to our business.
For a child (under 15 years of age) travelling with one adult,
deduct 10%, and for a child travelling with two adults and sharing
the same room, deduct 20%.
SMOKING
Government regulations forbid smoking in tourist coaches, however
frequent stops will provide an opportunity for those who desire
to smoke. Note that all accommodation will be in NO SMOKING rooms,
unless a passenger specifically requires a SMOKING room.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Centre One Tours Australia and/or its associated agents, give notice
that all tickets and all arrangements for transport or conveyance,
or for hotel/motel/campground accommodation are made by them as
agents upon the express condition that they will not be liable for
injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may
be occasioned either by reason or any defect in any vehicle, or
through arrangements made by any hotel/motel/campground proprietor
or servant. Centre One Tours Australia accepts no responsibility
for losses or additional expenses due to delays or changes in connecting
services, sickness, weather, strikes or other causes. All such losses
will be borne by the passenger.
PASSENGER REQUIREMENTS AND CONDITIONS
Any special passenger requirements MUST be notified to Centre One
Tours at the time of booking.
ITINERARIES
The itinerary is a guide only. Centre One Tours reserves the right
to alter or change the accommodation, carriers or coaches at any
time for any reason. Centre One Tours also has the right to cancel/
alter the itinerary and/or tour without notice as may be found necessary
for any reason whatsoever including, but not limited to, road, weather
or traffic conditions, non performance of suppliers, industrial
action, operational conditions and requirements. All additional
expenses incurred as a result of any delays, cancellations or alterations
will be the sole responsibility of the passenger. Whilst Centre
One Tours will take all reasonable steps to provide an enjoyable
tour, it accepts no responsibility or liability for any loss of
enjoyment whatsoever and howsoever experienced by the passenger.
TOUR INCLUSIONS
Where Centre One Tours does not operate the tour attraction, excursion
and/or optional tours which may be included in the Tour Itinerary
or associated with the tour, Centre One Tours shall NOT be liable
for any loss, damage or injury occasioned to any person or property
as a result of such activity undertaken during the tour whatsoever
or howsoever the same may be caused whether as a result of negligence
or otherwise. The passenger unreservedly accepts that these activities
involve varying degrees of risk. Centre One Tours can give no guarantee
as to the exact arrival and departure times for carriers and operators
used by Centre One Tours in the tour, and Centre One Tours will
not be liable for failure to make connections with any other services
or attractions.
WAIVER 
Passengers should be prepared to sign a Waiver of Responsibility
Form before they begin their tour. Centre One Tours will undertake
to ensure the safety of the passenger throughout the tour, however
aspects of each particular tour may not be without an element of
danger. The Waiver form is an understanding that all passengers
need to exercise judgement and care at all times to ensure their
own safety and that of their fellow passengers.

implication, estoppel or otherwise any license or right under any
patent, copyright, trademark or other intellectual property right
of Centre One Tours Australia or any third party. All of the original
material in this web site, including but not limited to its format
